Vision Real Estate (VRE) started in the Rio Grande Valley as Diamond Real Estate by Rene Garcia Sr., who worked for J.C. Penney's for over 35 years as one of the first Mexican-American store managers. Rene Sr. learned JCP's Golden Rule from Mr. Penney himself: "To serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction." So when Rene Sr. opened his own business, he made sure the Golden Rule was always followed and passed down the tradition to his sons Rene Jr. and Robert.
